The Hallstein-Board of Trustees Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Blinn College. You must be a graduate from a high school in the Blinn College service area and not qualify for the valedictorian or salutatorian but rank in the top five percent of your high school graduating class to be eligible for this award.
