Description
The Fostering Hope Scholarship is available to students who are actively or previously enrolled in the foster care system and to emancipated minors. You must be a West Virginia resident, demonstrate financial need, good character, citizenship and academic achievement to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to residents of Wood County.
