Description
The Kent Ashton Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Southeastern Oklahoma State University who have diabetes and/or epilepsy.. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, be a U.S. citizen, resident of Oklahoma, and be enrolled on a full-time basis to be eligible for this award.
