The Ruth Elizabeth LaPointe Milner Scholarship is available to undergraduate students at Troy State University, Dothan. You must be a mother, housewife or widow who has made your career as a homemaker and be now seeking a degree in business. You must also demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
