The Morris Frank/Dan Rather B.J. Scholarship is available to students majoring in radio and television or broadcast journalism at Sam Houston State University. You must have completed or be currently enrolled in RTV 374 and have a minimum 2.5 GPA overall and a 3.0 RTV GPA to be eligible for this award.
