The International Institute/Parmelee Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Genesee County. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan to attend a college or university in Michigan to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students majoring in international studies, foreign languages or ethnic/cultural area studies.
