Description
The Philip M. Dowd Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from high schools in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, Shasta, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, or Butte counties. You must be pursuing a degree in public affairs / administration or political science and government, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, plan to attend an accredited two - or four - year college or university, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
