The Phillips Pre-Healing Arts Scholarship is available to entering freshmen majoring in pre- medicine, pre- dentistry or pre- veterinary studies at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. You must graduate in the upper half of your high school class and be a resident of Venango, Crawford, Warren, Clarion or Mercer County in Pennsylvania to be eligible for this renewable award.
