Rubye Howlett Thompson Memorial Scholarship

The Rubye Howlett Thompson Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. You must be majoring in elementary or secondary education, be a graduate of a Mississippi County high school, and have an interest in, or intend to go into, a teacher education program to be eligible for this award.
