The Professionals in Health Education Scholarship is open to nursing students at East Stroudsburg University. You must show a commitment to health education and have a minimum 2.5 QPA. Also, you must be a resident of Monroe, Carbon, Pike, Wayne or Northampton counties and have completed at least 60 credits to be eligible for this award.
