Description
The Franks Foundation Scholarship is available to nursing or theology majors. Graduating high school students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and college students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to residents of Deschutes, Crook or Jefferson County. U.S. Bancorp employees, their children or near relatives are not eligible.
