Description
The Lucille S. Welch Art Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students at Portland State University. You must be majoring in art and have completed at least 20 credit hours in art courses to be eligible for this award. You must have a concentration in painting, drawing, printmaking or sculpture. Selection is based on portfolio, financial need, and GPA.
