Description
The Hulda DeVaughn Scholarship is available to female undergraduate students at Portland State University. You must be majoring in Spanish with a minimum major GPA of 3.5 in Spanish, have completed one term at PSU, be enrolled in at least one 300 or 400 level Spanish course and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. You must also attend PSU or PSU programs abroad full time during the Fall of the following year.
