The Dr. Peggy Williams Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to undergraduate minority students at Governors State University. You must be majoring in elementary education with a specialization in reading/language arts, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed at least nine credit hours at GSU and be enrolled in at least six credit hours to be considered for this award.
