The Grover C. and Jessica G. Maxwell Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors at Flagler College. You must be majoring in elementary education with an emphasis in mentally handicapped education, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and intend to work with severely mentally disabled children to be considered for this award. You must also demonstrate financial need.
