Description
The Richard A. Keefer Art Scholarship is open to students at Northern Illinois University. You must be enrolled in the School of Art, and demonstrate talent and scholarship to be considered for this award. This award rotates each year between studio, design and art history/art education majors. The submission of a portfolio or research paper is also required.
