Description

The James P. Bates Memorial Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors at Northern Illinois University. You must be majoring in studio art, design, art history or art education with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate talent and need to be considered for this award. A portfolio or research paper is also required.
