The Bill Allen Martin Memorial Scholarship is available to full - time students majoring in elementary education at Cumberland University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be involved in extracurricular activities to qualify for this award. In addition, you must be partially or wholly self-supporting to be eligible.
