The Virginia Rae Barr Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at the Thatcher campus of Eastern Arizona College. You must be majoring in, or plan to major in, early childhood development or elementary/secondary education to be considered for this award. Preference is given to students who plan to emphasize on education for the developmentally disabled.
