Description
The James E. Broach Scholarship is open to full-time students at East Tennessee State University who are residents of Tennessee. Applicants must apply for federal financial aid programs, have unmet need, qualify for student loans, and not receive any federal or state grant. Incoming freshman must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and ACT of 26. Continuing students must have a minimum GPA of 3.2.
