Description
The Ewing Halsell Foundation Endowed Scholarship is available to full-time students majoring in science, engineering or biotechnology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. You must demonstrate financial need and be from South Texas (preference will be given to students from rural communities in or south of Bexar County) to qualify for this award. Incoming freshmen must also rank in the top 25 percent of their class and have a minimum ACT/SAT score of 18/950. Transfer students must have no more than 30 semester hours and have a minimum 2.75 GPA.
