Description

The F. Perry Smith, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is open to students at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have completed your high school education or equivalency in Allegany or Garrett County, Maryland to be considered for this award. Financial need will also be considered. This scholarship is renewable provided you maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
