Description

The Paul E. and Betty J. Barry Memorial Scholarship is open to students at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be considered for this renewable award. Preference is given to students who are Frostburg residents, graduates from Allegany County high schools and participants in extra-curricular activities or voluntary service in the community.
