The Barry J. Barton Vietnam Veteran/Agent Orange Scholarship is open to full-time students at Frostburg State University. You must be a Vietnam veteran or the descendant of a Vietnam veteran, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be considered for this renewable award. To confirm eligibility, you must submit a copy of DD214.
