Description
The Donald Donahue Tri-State Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 1100 SAT score, a minimum 3.5 GPA and be a resident of the immediate tri-state area to be considered for this award. Preference will be give to residents of West Virginia or Pennsylvania.
