The Marjorie Tippin Leadership Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Clarion University who have demonstrated financial need. You must have a minimum SAT score of 1200 and you must also be in the top ten percent of your graduating high school class to be eligible for this award. There is no application necessary, you will be selected based on your admissions materials.
