Description
The Athens American Legion VOAP Scholarship is open to students at Ohio University. You must be a contracted military science III cadet, have a minimum 2.5 GPA at the end of your sophomore year and a "B" in military science at the completion of the basic course to qualify for this award. Preference is given first to Athens County residents, then to Ohio residents and finally to out-of-state residents.
