Description
The W. Barry Adams Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Ohio University. You must be a graduate of Circleville High School in Pickaway County with a minimum 2.75 GPA to be considered for this award. You must also demonstrate leadership abilities, and participate in high school clubs and athletics. Financial need will be considered, but it is not the determining factor.
