Florence Simon Beecher Art Talent Scholarship

The Florence Simon Beecher Art Talent Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Youngstown State University. You must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.5, be majoring in art, supply three letters of reference, a written statement and portfolio of original work to qualify for this award.
