Description
The Marlin and Cleva Hartman Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Clarion University who are children of United States veterans. You must demonstrate academic ability and financial need and must also submit your DD214 to be eligible for this award. Preference will go to mathematics or mathematics education majors; secondary preference will go to elementary education majors.
