Description
The Rudolph/Libbey Engineering Scholarship is open to students at the University of Toledo, College of Engineering. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, have graduated from a northwest Ohio or southeast Michigan high school and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to civil engineering majors and those who have participated in the co-op program at Rudolph/Libbey.
