Description
The Rotary Club of Strasburg Scholarship is available to students at Laurel Ridge Community College. You must maintain a minimum 2.8 GPA, complete a scholarship application, and be a Strasburg High School graduate to be eligible for this award. If no viable Strasburg High School graduate is found, the recipient will be a Shenandoah County resident.
