Description
The Charlie O'Meilia Scholarship is available to children of code enforcement agency personnel. The jurisdictional authority must be an active governmental member of ICC. You must be pursuing educational opportunities beyond the high school level at a recognized and / or accredited institution and demonstrate a financial need to qualify for this award. First consideration will be given to residents of Florida.
