Description
The Kelly G. Bacon Memorial Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior and senior students attending Oregon State University on a full-time basis. You must be a liberal arts major with a minimum GPA of 3.25, be a resident of Oregon, and plan on pursuing a career in local, state and/or national government service. Preference will be given to students who have a record of volunteer and/or paid experience in community service activities.
