Description
The T.C. Drayton Scholarship Fund is available to graduating high school seniors who live in the East Side community of the city of Charleston. You must be about to begin studies at a two - or four - year college, rank in the top 50 percent of your class, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who participate in the community through school activities or volunteer work.
