Description
The Philip M. and Margaret M. Garrett Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in Currituck County. You must be enrolled at a North Carolina college or university and demonstrate academic merit and financial need to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students majoring in horticulture, agriculture, landscape architecture / design, or a related field.
