Description
The Presidential Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen accepted into Howard University. You must have a minimum 3.75 GPA, and have scored at least a 1500 on the SAT or a 34 on the ACT to be eligible for this renewable scholarship. This award includes tuition, fees, room, board, a $950 book voucher and a laptop computer.
