Description
The Carolina Scholars Award is open to outstanding high school seniors from South Carolina who are invited to compete in a competition at the University of South Carolina, Columbia. You must demonstrate excellent grades in a strong high-school curriculum and have been involved in high school and community leadership in order to qualify for this renewable award. Typically, candidates rank at the top of their high school class and score 1350 or higher on the SAT (30 ACT). These awards are renewable for up to three years as long as you maintain at least a B average.
