The Donovan E. Rasmussen Scholarship for Citizenship is available to Osceola High School graduates who plan on enrolling at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. Your selection will be based on demonstrated high ethical and social standards, leadership ability and participation in high school and community activities. Preference will be given to students interested in entering an agriculture related field.
