Description
The Charles L. Palmer Memorial Grant is open to full-time students at California State University, Fresno who are majoring in journalism. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need, educational promise and an interest in pursuing journalism as a career. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
