Description
The Jessie Alice Ray Memorial Scholarship is open to full-time education majors at Glen Oaks Community College. You must have a minimum "B" average if you are a new student and a minimum 3.25 GPA if you are a returning GOCC student. Also, you must be a St. Joseph County resident, intend to enter the teaching field, and be able to complete the written portion of the Accuplacer Assessment at level nine or higher to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to non-traditional students and those with experience as a classroom aid or tutor.
