The Dr. Frederick K.T. Tom Memorial Scholarship is open to agriculture students at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. To be considered for the award, you must be an incoming freshman who attended Hawaii Island High School or a junior or senior in the College of Agriculture. Additionally, you must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award.
