The Carol Bond Memorial Community College Scholarship is available to students enrolled at a North Carolina community college. You must be pursuing a degree in either environmental science technology, water / wastewater sciences, or water resources management. You must also be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award. An essay and two letters of recommendation are required.
