Description
The Pastor Otis L. Cobbins, Sr. Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of high schools in Wyandotte, Clay, and Platte counties who are accepted to attend or enrolled as an undergraduate in a higher education institution. You must maintain a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester and must also be in good academic standings with the school you are currently attending to be eligible for this award. You must exemplify honesty, integrity, hard work, strong character, love of humanity, service to the community and family, trustworthiness, and commitment. You must include a recommendation letter from a teacher or counselor with the application to be considered.
