The DC Tuition Assistance Grant Program (DCTAG) is open to residents of the District of Columbia who are or plan to be enrolled at least half time in undergraduate degree or certificate programs at colleges and universities in the United States. Maryland, Virginia or DC. To be eligible for these funds, you must have lived in DC for at least 12 months prior to your freshman year of college and have graduated from high school or received the recognized equivalent of a secondary school diploma. In addition, applicants and/or parents/legal guardians cannot earn more than $1 million annually.
