Description
The Portsmouth Campus General Scholarship is available to continuing students at the Portsmouth campus of Tidewater Community College. You must have earned a minimum of six credits with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be making satisfactory academic progress to be eligible for this award. A letter of recommendation is also required.
