Description
The Coutney Marie Burgess Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at First Flight High School or Manteo High School. You must demonstrate academic achievement and show participation in community service and athletic activities to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to a member of the swim team or to a cheerleader.
