Description
The Helen Bisbing Nursing Scholarship is open to nursing students at Lewis-Clark State College. You must be enrolled for at least 12 credits, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be from the Lewiston-Clarkston area or a small rural community in Idaho or Washington.
