Description
The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship is open to students who demonstrate financial need. The award is also available to any student who is currently attending college. High school students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be considered for this award. Currently enrolled students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. You must also demonstrate a balance of community, school and work activities. An essay and letters of recommendation will need to be submitted with your application. Applicants must live in one of the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont.
