The Hampton Roads Automobile Dealers Association Scholarship is available to continuing students attending the Chesapeake campus of Tidewater Community College. You must be enrolled in the automotive program, be a graduate of a Hampton Roads, VA, area high school and have a good driving record to be eligible for this award. Recipients must agree to employment with a HRADA member for each year of academic assistance.
